Safety Measures to be taken While Using Air Amplifiers

air amplifiersEvery technical and industrial device comes with certain functional settings and operating instructions, which advisably should be followed without any deviations. Air amplifiers are not any different. It is expected from the engineers and technicians to adhere to the operating instructions as the same doesn’t only include information regarding proper utilization of air amplifiers, but also provide details pertaining its operation and maintenance.

As a matter of fact, air amplifiers should be managed, maintained and operated by skilled and expert technicians from the relevant field. These machines if not used keeping the safety measures in mind, may lead to hazards or operational failure. When it comes to using air amplifiers, the following safety measures should always be followed by the users:

Air Amplifier: Give Pressure Boost to Your Air-Operated System

Air Operated SystemsAn air amplifier is an immensely valuable tool used in industries to boost the air pressure of a system. Performance of any air-operated tool depends on the pressure. If the pressure is not at its optimal level, then the overall working of the air system gets adversely affected. At work stations, maintaining the right amount air pressure is integral and the amplifiers achieve this feat with ease. High Pressure Technologies brings you Maximator Air Amplifiers which is an intricately designed and finely engineered tool for boosting the competence of your air-operated tools.

With us, you will get the product which is not only of supreme quality but also cost effective. These devices are easy to operate and are preferred across many industries to increase the performance of their air supported tools and systems.

Experience the Advantages of Maximator and Maxpro Air Amplifier Systems

Maximator and Maxpro Air Amplifier SystemsAir amplifier or air booster, as the name implies, is a tool intelligently designed for boosting air pressure to the required high level for accomplishing various critical industry and commercial applications. The tool is extremely useful when the supply of air pressure is insufficient to carry out blow-off, cooling and drying operations. Air boosters are decidedly energy-efficient since they do not need electricity to drive them. Hence the unit provides safe and secure operations with no risk of spark and explosion.

High Pressure Technologies – Among the best and dependable

High Pressure Technologies have gained enormous industry reputation and competitive advantage in the market due to the delivery of high-performing and best-in-class high pressure equipment.

Applications of the Maximator Air Amplifier

The Maximator air amplifier is designed to boost or increase the supply of air pressure either singly, or coupled with other air operated tools. The Maximator air amplifier is easy to install and operate, and is very cost effective.

How Maximator Air Amplifier Works

The air amplifier has a spool valve that functions as a 4-way directional control valve. The air supplied to this valve automatically cycles back and forth, and can be directed to the main air drive piston in an air drive cylinder. This moves the piston in the air amplifier. This air then flows into the air amplifier’s air pressure chamber. The air flows in through the inlet check valve(s) on the suction stroke of the piston, and flows out through the outlet check valve(s) during the discharge stroke.

Air Amplifiers for Standard and Custom Applications

Air Amplifier

Sometimes, the most complex problems can be solved with a simple solution. A case in point is our customer who was facing difficulties in cleaning the nozzle of his industrial burner. Residual blockage was hindering the performance of the burner. The solution was simple: we suggested the use of a Maximator air amplifier to push out the impurities with the help of high pressure air. The pressure shocks were very effective in clearing the blocked nozzle.

HPT offers a variety of air amplifiers from Maximator to address many such unique problems. Depend on us for standard or custom-designed solutions. Our Technical Team will help you with innovative solutions for a variety of applications—from simple ones such as inflating tires to more complex tasks like blow off, cooling and drying systems. We stock the MPLV, SPLV and GPLV series of air amplifiers.
